Johnsonburg Area School District continues to create new opportunities that prepare students for college, careers, and life beyond high school.
During the 2026–2027 school year, JASD will expand its dual enrollment offerings, giving students more opportunities to earn college credit while they attend Johnsonburg Area High School.
The district will also launch a new Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course in partnership with Bender Safety. Through the new program, students will gain hands-on, real-world career training right at school.
These programs reflect JASD’s commitment to expanding students’ horizons and providing meaningful educational experiences that prepare them for the future.
Superintendent Dr. Karen Haberberger emphasized that commitment in the district’s annual newsletter. JASD will continue to provide a dynamic, high-quality education while focusing on academic excellence, mental health awareness, and strong community connections.
We look forward to watching our students learn new skills, explore future careers, and take advantage of these exciting opportunities throughout the school year!
