The first day of school is almost here! Johnsonburg Area School District looks forward to welcoming students and families back for the 2026–2027 school year.
As you prepare for the new year, please review these important school-day times and meal information.
Johnsonburg Area Elementary School
Doors Open: 7:20 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:20–7:50 a.m.
Late Bell: 7:50 a.m.
Bus Dismissal: 2:20 p.m.
Car Rider Dismissal: 2:30 p.m.
Johnsonburg Area High School
Doors Open: 7:15 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:20–7:35 a.m.
Late Bell: 7:45 a.m.
Bus Dismissal: 2:33 p.m.
Walkers/Drivers: 2:35 p.m.
Pick Up: 2:37 p.m.
Free Breakfast and Lunch for All Students
Through the Community Eligibility Program (CEP), JASD will provide FREE breakfast and FREE lunch to all students during the 2026–2027 school year.
Students may also purchase à la carte items separately. The Community Eligibility Program does not cover those additional items.
Families can help students start the year successfully by reviewing school schedules and establishing morning and dismissal routines before the first day.
